August 3, 2026: Estrella Immunopharma (NASDAQ: ESLA) announced activation of a third clinical site, Oregon Health & Science University, for STARLIGHT-1, its ongoing Phase I/II trial of EB103 in adults with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The new site has started screening and enrolling patients.
EB103 is a CD19-directed ARTEMIS T-cell therapy. The trial’s ongoing expansion phase is a multi-center, open-label study evaluating safety and efficacy at the recommended Phase II dose. Estrella said data from the expansion cohort will be used to determine the pivotal trial strategy for EB103.
The active trial sites listed are UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center, Baylor Scott & White Research Institute, and Oregon Health & Science University. The study is listed as NCT06343311.
The release did not report efficacy or safety results. It also noted Estrella is developing EB104, a CD19/CD22-targeted ARTEMIS T-cell therapy, but provided no new catalyst update for that program.
