July 30, 2026: Contineum Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CTNM) reported Q2 2026 results and reaffirmed clinical milestones across PIPE-791 and PIPE-307.

PIPE-791 / PROPEL-IPF: The company said its global Phase 2 PROPEL-IPF trial in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis began dosing patients in Q1 2026 and now has more than 55 sites online across eight countries. The 26-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study plans to enroll about 324 IPF patients; the primary endpoint is change from baseline through week 26 in absolute forced vital capacity (FVC mL).

PIPE-307 / JNJ-5120 / MOONLIGHT-1: Johnson & Johnson completed enrollment in June 2026 of 107 adults in the Phase 2 MOONLIGHT-1 proof-of-concept trial in major depressive disorder. The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study is evaluating monotherapy efficacy, safety, and tolerability.

PIPE-791 / chronic pain: On April 30, 2026, Contineum reported positive topline data from an exploratory Phase 1b trial in chronic osteoarthritis pain or chronic low back pain. The trial met its primary objective of safety and tolerability, with adverse events generally consistent with prior PIPE-791 studies; treated patients showed numerically greater pain improvement from baseline than placebo.

Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities were $236.6 million as of June 30, 2026, with runway projected through mid-2029.
