VTAMA (tapinarof) - (ADORING 2)

July 24, 2026: Organon (NYSE: OGN) announced it will present a post hoc, age-stratified analysis of pooled Phase 3 ADORING 1 and ADORING 2 data for VTAMA (tapinarof) cream 1% vs vehicle in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis at the 2026 Society for Pediatric Dermatology (SPD) Annual Meeting (poster presented July 23, 2026, Minneapolis).

In ADORING 1/2, adults and children ≥2 years (N=813) were randomized 2:1 to once-daily VTAMA cream or vehicle for 8 weeks. The pooled analysis broke out efficacy by age (2–6, 7–11, 12–17, ≥18 years); 80.4% were aged 2–17.

Week 8 outcomes favored VTAMA across all age groups:

• vIGA-AD response: 2–6 (56.3% vs 11.8%, P<0.0001), 7–11 (44.9% vs 23.8%, P=0.0172), 12–17 (48.8% vs 13.4%, P<0.0001), ≥18 (38.0% vs 18.1%, P=0.0280).
• EASI75: 2–6 (70.2% vs 20.5%, P<0.0001), 7–11 (53.6% vs 31.3%, P=0.0158), 12–17 (62.2% vs 18.3%, P<0.0001), ≥18 (50.8% vs 20.6%, P=0.0020).

Responses emerged by week 2 and continued through week 8. Common TEAEs included folliculitis, headache, and nasopharyngitis; discontinuations due to treatment-related AEs were less frequent with VTAMA than vehicle.
