EB103 (CD19) - (STARLIGHT-1)

July 24, 2026: Estrella Immunopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESLA) announced the first patient was successfully dosed in the dose-expansion phase of STARLIGHT-1, an ongoing Phase I/II trial of EB103 (a CD19-redirected ARTEMIS T-cell therapy) in adults (≥18) with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The dose-expansion follows “encouraging” dose-escalation data; at the 6-month assessment of evaluable Phase I patients without CNS involvement, all patients who achieved complete response remained in complete response. The multi-center, open-label expansion phase will further evaluate safety and efficacy at the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D), with data intended to inform the pivotal trial strategy.
