Eftilagimod alpha with pembrolizumab and radiotherapy - (EFTISARC-NEO)

July 24, 2026: Immutep Limited (ASX: IMM; NASDAQ: IMMP) announced that an abstract from the investigator-initiated Phase II EFTISARC-NEO trial (NCT06128863) evaluating eftilagimod alfa (efti), an MHC Class II agonist, has been accepted for ePoster presentation at the ESMO Congress 2026 (Oct. 23–27, 2026; Madrid). The accepted abstract reports health-related quality of life (HRQoL) data during neoadjuvant treatment with eftilagimod alfa in combination with pembrolizumab and radiotherapy in patients with soft tissue sarcoma.

The abstract (“Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) during neoadjuvant treatment with eftilagimod alfa, pembrolizumab and radiotherapy in patients with soft tissue sarcoma (STS) – results from EFTISARC-NEO trial”) will be published on the ESMO website on Oct. 19, 2026 (00:05 CEST) and presented as ePoster #3788eP (first author: Pawel Teterycz, M.D., MSCNRIO, Warsaw). Immutep said the presentation will later be made available on its website.
