July 17, 2026: Incyte (NASDAQ: INCY) announced it will present data from six oncology programs at the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026 (Oct. 23–27, 2026; Madrid), including rapid oral presentations with new Phase 1 data.

INCB161734 (KRAS G12D inhibitor): Rapid oral presentations will cover safety/efficacy of oral INCB161734 as monotherapy or with cetuximab in advanced/metastatic colorectal cancer (Oct. 25; Abstract #1007RO) and in combination with chemotherapy in advanced/metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (Oct. 26; Abstract #3137RO). The release notes INCB161734 is also being evaluated in an ongoing Phase 3 first-line PDAC program.

INCA33890 (TGFβR2×PD-1 bispecific): Rapid oral presentation on INCA33890 with standard-of-care anticancer therapies in microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (Oct. 24; Abstract #1954RO). The release notes an ongoing Phase 3 first-line MSS colorectal cancer program. INCA33890 is developed under a legacy collaboration with Merus (now part of Genmab A/S).

INCB123667 (CDK2 inhibitor): Rapid oral presentation of preliminary efficacy for INCB123667 plus bevacizumab in recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer (Oct. 23; Abstract #1241RO), plus a poster on the Phase 3 MAESTRA 3 (GOG-3146; ENGOT-OV106) study of INCB123667 + bevacizumab vs bevacizumab alone as first-line maintenance in cyclin E1–overexpressing gynecologic cancers (Oct. 26; Abstract #1336TiP).

Retifanlimab: Poster will present final overall survival outcomes from Phase 3 POD1UM-303/InterAACT-2 of retifanlimab + carboplatin-paclitaxel in first-line advanced squamous anal cancer (Oct. 25; Abstract #3536P).
