Darovasertib with crizotinib - (OptimUM-02)

July 17, 2026: IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDYA) announced three poster abstracts accepted for ESMO 2026 (Oct. 23–27, 2026, Madrid) featuring clinical updates for darovasertib in uveal melanoma. Presentations include: (1) follow-up data from the Phase 2 OptimUM-09 study of neoadjuvant darovasertib in primary uveal melanoma; (2) a subgroup analysis from the registrational Phase 2/3 OptimUM-02 trial comparing darovasertib + crizotinib vs investigator’s choice as first-line treatment in HLA-A2–negative metastatic uveal melanoma; and (3) results from the Phase 2 OptimUM-01 study of darovasertib + crizotinib in HLA-A*02–positive metastatic uveal melanoma.

Separately, partner Hengrui Pharma will present a Phase 1 poster with long-term results for SHR-4849 (IDE849), a DLL3-targeting TOP1 antibody-drug conjugate, in relapsed small cell lung carcinoma and other neuroendocrine carcinomas. IDEAYA stated that the first registrational trial for IDE849 is targeted to initiate by year-end, led by Hengrui in China and also in IDEAYA’s regions including the US.
