SCI-110

July 15, 2026: SciSparc Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPRC) said its majority-owned subsidiary NeuroThera Labs Inc. (TSXV: NTLX) initiated a Phase IIb clinical trial site at Hannover Medical School (Germany) for SCI-110, a cannabinoid-based oral candidate for Tourette Syndrome in adults. The study had previously received regulatory clearance from Germany’s Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices and ethics approval from Hannover Medical School.

SCI-110 combines dronabinol with palmitoylethanolamide in a single dosage form and is intended to reduce tics and comorbid symptoms while minimizing side effects. The Phase IIb trial is randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, and cross-over, enrolling patients aged 18–65. The primary endpoint is change in tic severity on the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale at weeks 12 and 26 versus baseline; safety will be monitored via adverse events. Additional sites include Yale Child Study Center (Connecticut) and Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Israel).

The company cited prior Phase IIa results showing an average 21% tic reduction across participants on the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale Total Tic Score.
