July 15, 2026: Kairos Pharma, Ltd. (NYSE: KAPA) reported interim safety results from its ongoing Phase 1 trial of ENV-105 (carotuximab; anti-CD105 antibody) combined with osimertinib (Tagrisso) in patients with advanced EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have acquired resistance to osimertinib. Across 13 treated patients to date, there were zero Grade 3+ toxicities and no serious adverse events attributed to ENV-105; adverse events were described as manageable with standard supportive care (CTCAE v5.0), supporting continued dose escalation and progression toward determining a recommended Phase 2 dose. The company indicated the safety profile supports moving toward an early efficacy readout (timing not specified).
