July 9, 2026: INmune Bio Inc. (NASDAQ: INMB) announced new diffusion-MRI imaging analyses from its Phase 2 MINDFuL study of XPro/XPro1595 (pegipanermin), a selective soluble TNF inhibitor, in early Alzheimer’s disease. The company said advanced MRI endpoints showed early treatment-related changes at Week 24 in both white matter myelin integrity and cortical microstructure, supporting biologic activity. White matter myelin integrity showed a statistically significant treatment difference at Week 24 in the modified intent-to-treat population (p<0.01), with larger effects reported in patients selected using the company’s biomarker enrichment strategy. The new analysis adds “full chi-separation” of white matter myelin and cortical disarray measurement (CDM) in gray matter; the company emphasized these are methodologically independent measures that changed in the same direction, supporting a treatment-related interpretation.
Upcoming catalyst: AAIC 2026 (July 12–15, 2026; London and online) poster presentation on July 12, 2026 (Abstract Control No. 13497) with longitudinal analyses, subgroup data, and mechanistic context.
Other stated regulatory milestones: CORDStrom (ebstrocel) for RDEB—MAA planned to UK MHRA and EU EMA in 2026, and a planned U.S. BLA submission.
