July 9, 2026: Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) announced it will present 16 abstracts at the 2026 Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC) in London (July 12–15, 2026), including three oral presentations and 13 posters covering therapeutics, diagnostics, imaging, real-world evidence, and health economics.

Kisunla (donanemab-azbt) / TRAILBLAZER program: On July 15, a Developing Topics Session (“Donanemab in Early Symptomatic Alzheimer’s Disease: Evidence to Address Clinical Questions”) will present new insights from TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 6 and the TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 2 long-term extension, including safety data involving modified titration and corticosteroid pretreatment, plus long-term extension evidence on biomarkers and potential durability of clinical benefit. A July 13 oral presentation will address methodology in the TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 2 long-term extension (“External Controls vs. Internal Extrapolation”). A poster will report an interim analysis of the UK Donanemab Controlled Access Programme (early patient characteristics and prescribing patterns).

Diagnostics: On July 15, Lilly will present data that P-tau217 blood biomarker assays showed strong rule-in performance comparable to amyloid PET for identifying AD pathology in cognitively unimpaired individuals (noting these tests/imaging are not currently indicated in this population).

Additional posters include imaging/biomarker analyses (e.g., TRAILRUNNER-ALZ 3 PET addendum), diffusion tensor imaging work, and HEOR studies.
