SAT-3247 (LT-001) - (TRAILHEAD)

July 8, 2026: Satellos Bioscience Inc. (NASDAQ: MSLE; TSX: MSCL) reported six-month interim data from the Phase 2 TRAILHEAD open-label study of SAT-3247 in adults with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). In four participants (ages 21–28) previously enrolled in the Phase 1a/b CL-101 study, SAT-3247 was well tolerated with no serious treatment-emergent adverse events, no discontinuations due to AEs, and 100% compliance over ~186 days.

Efficacy/biologic activity signals through month 6 included: mean MRI muscle fat fraction improvement of 3.7% (49.7% to 46.0%); ~34% increase in upper-limb “maximum effort” (TE99C) from 16.1 to 21.6 joules/kg; stability across upper-extremity strength measures with maintenance of the near-doubling of handgrip strength seen during the 28-day CL-101 study; and a 38% decline in mean creatine kinase from 2,130 to 1,315 u/L. PUL2.0 improved by one point in two participants and was stable in two; mean PedsQL-MFS increased 6.94 points (71.53 to 78.47).

The company said it remains on track to complete enrollment in the Phase 2 pediatric BASECAMP trial and to initiate U.S. TRAILHEAD sites in Q3 2026, and hosted a data review call/webcast on July 8, 2026.
