ACU193 - (ALTITUDE-AD)

July 7, 2026: Acumen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABOS) announced it will present three studies at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC) 2026 (London; July 12–15, 2026; in-person and online) spanning its Enhanced Brain Delivery (EBD) collaboration with JCR Pharmaceuticals and patient-perspective research from its Phase 2 ALTITUDE-AD trial in early symptomatic Alzheimer’s disease.

EBD/JCR collaboration (announced July 2025): An oral presentation (July 15, 2026) and a poster (July 13, 2026) will cover bispecific/anti–amyloid beta oligomer (AβO) antibodies using transferrin receptor-mediated transport (JCR’s J-Brain Cargo®) and report enhanced brain delivery in cynomolgus monkeys.

ALTITUDE-AD / sabirnetug (ACU193): A poster (July 14, 2026) will present findings on understanding early symptomatic AD through patient perspectives from the ALTITUDE-AD trial population. ALTITUDE-AD (initiated 2024) is a Phase 2 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of sabirnetug IV infusions every four weeks in early AD; enrollment is 542 participants across the US, Canada, EU and UK. Topline results are expected in late 2026. Sabirnetug has FDA Fast Track designation for early AD.
