July 6, 2026: Belite Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLTE) announced upcoming conference presentations of data from its Phase 3 DRAGON study of tinlarebant (LBS-008) in adolescent Stargardt disease (STGD1). Topline results will be presented at the 63rd Annual ISCEV Symposium in Sydney (July 8, 2026; Inherited Retinal Disorders session; Prof. John Grigg) and additional Phase 3 DRAGON trial results will be presented at the ASRS 2026 Annual Meeting in Montréal (July 18, 2026; Hereditary Retinal Disease & Genetics Panel; Dr. Paul Bernstein).
The release states tinlarebant is an oral therapy intended to reduce vitamin A–based bisretinoid toxin accumulation by lowering serum retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4), with the goal of slowing retinal disease progression. Tinlarebant has received multiple U.S. designations for Stargardt disease (Breakthrough Therapy, Fast Track, Rare Pediatric Disease, Orphan Drug) and additional designations in other regions (including Orphan Drug in Europe/Japan/Switzerland and Sakigake in Japan).
Belite also notes DRAGON met its primary endpoint and tinlarebant is being evaluated in Phase 2/3 DRAGON II (STGD1) and Phase 3 PHOENIX (geographic atrophy in advanced dry AMD).
