SAT-3247 (CL-101) - (BASECAMP)

June 25, 2026: Satellos Bioscience Inc. (NASDAQ: MSLE; TSX: MSCL) announced that new data from its SAT-3247 clinical development program in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) will be presented at the 19th International Congress on Neuromuscular Diseases (ICNMD), July 7–11, 2026 in Florence, Italy.

SAT-3247 (investigational, oral small molecule) will be featured in a poster presenting a six-month update from LT-001, a long-term follow-up study of participants who completed the Phase 1b SAT-3247-CL-101 trial and then enrolled in the ongoing Phase 2 TRAILHEAD (LT-001) trial. The poster is scheduled for July 8, 2026 (10:30–11:15 a.m.).

Satellos will also give a Showcase Theatre presentation titled “From Regeneration to Function: Advancing Muscle Repair with SAT-3247” on July 8, 2026 (4:05–4:20 p.m.).

The release notes ongoing Phase 2 studies in DMD including TRAILHEAD (open-label in adults) and BASECAMP (global, randomized, placebo-controlled in pediatric participants). SAT-3247 is not approved by any health authority.
