botensilimab (BOT) and balstilimab (BAL) - (BBoPCO)

June 25, 2026: Agenus, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGEN) announced that updated three-year survival data from the Phase 1b C-800-01 study evaluating botensilimab (BOT; Fc-enhanced anti–CTLA-4) plus balstilimab (BAL; anti–PD-1) in patients with microsatellite stable (MSS) metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) without active liver metastases will be presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology Gastrointestinal Cancers Congress (ESMO GI) 2026 in Munich (July 1–4, 2026).

The poster will cover the fully enrolled 123-patient cohort and provide extended follow-up on durability of response and overall survival, reflecting an additional year of follow-up beyond the two-year overall survival data previously presented at ESMO-GI 2025.
