June 25, 2026: Taysha Gene Therapies, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSHA) announced multiple presentations on its Rett syndrome gene therapy candidate TSHA-102 at the 2026 International Rett Syndrome Foundation (IRSF) Rett Syndrome Scientific Meeting (Prior Lake, MN; June 29–July 1, 2026). The company said recently disclosed longer-term REVEAL Part A (Phase 1/2) data showed broad, multi-domain functional impact that deepened over time through at least 12 months post-dose, regardless of age or disease severity.
Conference presentations include an oral talk (June 30, 2026) and poster/flash talk on REVEAL Part A safety and efficacy results, plus posters on (1) Rett syndrome natural history analysis indicating a developmental plateau after age 6 supporting a stable population for the REVEAL pivotal trial, (2) validation of the Rett Syndrome Developmental Milestone Assessment (RS-DMA) as an FDA-supported primary endpoint for single-arm interventional studies, and (3) preclinical data showing superior MeCP2 expression with self-complementary AAV9 vs single-stranded AAV, supporting intrathecal CNS delivery for TSHA-102. A company-hosted symposium on RS-DMA is scheduled July 1, 2026.
