Teverelix - (PRECISION-E2)

June 22, 2026: Medicus Pharma Ltd. (NASDAQ: MDCX) announced it will participate in the 2026 BIO International Conference (June 22–25, 2026; San Diego), with a company presentation scheduled for June 24, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. PT (Theater 2).

SkinJect® (doxorubicin-containing dissolvable microneedle arrays) in basal cell carcinoma (BCC): The presentation will highlight a “decision-grade” dataset from the Phase 2 SKNJCT-003 study, reporting a clear dose-response and complete response rates in the 200 µg cohort of 55% histological clearance and 64% clinical clearance. The company will update on ongoing FDA interactions, preparation for an End-of-Phase 2 meeting, and a planned registrational development strategy. Medicus also stated it submitted FDA requests for Orphan Drug Designation and Rare Pediatric Disease Designation for SkinJect® in Gorlin Syndrome (recurrent BCC lesions); both are under FDA review.

Teverelix® (next-generation GnRH antagonist): Updates will cover programs in advanced prostate cancer, acute urinary retention relapse (AURr), and endometriosis. In prostate cancer, Medicus reported submitting a “substantial modification” application via the EU Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS) to support a planned Phase 2b dose-optimization study. In endometriosis, it recently initiated the PRECISION-E2 Phase 2a study leveraging the UAE Genome Program to integrate genomic profiling with hormonal modulation.
