May 11, 2026: Coherus Oncology, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRS) reported Q1 2026 results and provided pipeline catalyst timing updates. LOQTORZI (toripalimab-tpzi) net product revenue was $11.8M in Q1 2026 (up 61% vs Q1 2025; down 5% vs Q4 2025). The company highlighted ongoing communication of six-year overall survival follow-up from the Phase 3 JUPITER-02 trial (LOQTORZI + chemotherapy vs chemotherapy alone) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
Casdozokitug (anti-IL-27): Patient accrual is complete in a randomized Phase 2 trial of casdozokitug/toripalimab/bevacizumab in first-line unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC); first data readout is expected mid-2026. The release references ASCO GI 2025 data showing 38% overall response rate and 17% complete response rate when adding casdozokitug to standard of care.
Tagmokitug (anti-CCR8): Multiple Phase 1b/2a studies are ongoing with initial readouts expected mid-2026 (2L HNSCC and 2L upper GI adenocarcinoma), and in 2H 2026 (1L/2L ESCC and 4L+ colorectal cancer).
