  • SURF303 (Phase 2a/b, pivotal intent) in low-grade upper tract urothelial carcinoma (LG-UTUC): first patient dosed; initial results expected in 2027.
  • SURF302 (Phase 2) in FGFR3-altered low-grade intermediate-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (IR NMIBC): >20 patients enrolled; initial 3-month complete response data from both dose cohorts expected in August 2026.
  • BEACH301 (Phase 2) in children ages 3–10 with achondroplasia: safety sentinel cohort enrolled; fourth dose level cleared with no notable safety events reported; initial sentinel cohort results (including 6-month average height velocity and safety) expected in Q4 2026.
