CTIM-76

April 2, 2026: Context Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: CNTX) said the FDA granted Fast Track Designation to CTIM-76, a CLDN6 x CD3 T cell–engaging bispecific antibody, for treatment of platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) in patients who have received all standard-of-care therapies. The company is evaluating CTIM-76 in an ongoing Phase 1 trial (NCT06515613) in CLDN6-positive advanced or metastatic ovarian, endometrial, and testicular cancers, with dose escalation and expansion assessing safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity (overall response rate, duration of response, and disease control rate). Context expects to report Phase 1a interim data in June 2026.
