Jan. 05, 2026: Neumora Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NMRA) provided 2026 pipeline milestones and updates across multiple programs.

Navacaprant (major depressive disorder): The company plans a joint topline readout of the Phase 3 KOASTAL-2 and KOASTAL-3 studies in 2Q 2026. Neumora also plans to increase enrollment in each study to up to 25% above the original 332-patient target, as permitted by protocols, to optimize efficacy assessment.

NMRA-215 (obesity; NLRP3 inhibitor): Following “class-leading” preclinical data, Neumora expects to initiate a Phase 1 clinical program (monotherapy and combination therapy) in 1H 2026, with expected weight loss data around the end of 2026.

M4 Positive Allosteric Modulator franchise: Phase 1 studies are ongoing for NMRA-898 and NMRA-861; Neumora expects a comprehensive M4 franchise update in mid-2026, including potentially advancing one or both programs.

NMRA-511 (Alzheimer’s disease agitation; V1aR antagonist): The company reported Phase 1b results meeting the study goal, showing a clinically meaningful effect size on CMAI total score and favorable tolerability/safety with no somnolence or sedation reported.

Neumora expects cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities to fund operations into 3Q 2027.
